Every Wednesday we are visiting architectural office of Valero&Gadan... Working on something important with their team. I love details they are having around... Windows are big, so much light inside, vintage moments, simple design...

pancakes overkill

 place de Clichy. around 20.00

I went to visit some nice people I met on a party. They invited me to another party... Pancakes party! There were more nice people.
And pancakes are like the best thing to do/eat/overeat on a rainy April Tuesdays in Paris. Or elsewhere. Plus, I really like the machine (on the second pic). Such a social moment - nobody has to stay in the kitchen and turn over and again that piece of minced wheat with eggs and milk... We all did it!
Plus, we all shared our pancakes knowledge and tastes. Vincent, our local expert on pancakes underlined that in Brittany  where the crêpes are coming from, they say that crêpes are made only with water - no milk... Delia, the Canadian shared the secret of maple sirop pancakes... Ivi shared lemon juice+sugar+butter twist.
Last time (on some other super cool French pancakes party) I made some crêpes with cibulette (chives). Thats my only secret... There you go!

I have a friend who ran a marathon today. She finished it. Its amazing!!
Yesterday we made a massive walk (8 km)...direction... well, whatever... its Saturday and its lovely and Sam will join us.
Sam is a guy who is remo(r)tely related to Nicole Kidman, whose grandma was a chicken sexor (google it, and no, its not a power metal bend from Australia) and who is busking up on the Montmartre hill for the past few days (thats not how I met him). Btw, I don't think he knows how shark looks like (which makes him even more peculiar since he is from the place where they have a bunch of them) and he has a general problem with fauna (and flora). Strange dude.
But Annie finished 26.21875. In miles. Brava <3
